You will find us at the Telluride Farmers Market on Fridays and at Durango Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings from early June through September. We will have a variety of cuts for sale there (for as long as they last).
Other times you can order available cuts by calling Dustin at (970) 769-1222. You can make an appointment to pick up your meat at the ranch.

We harvest in the fall, but we are unable to meet the demand for whole, half and split half animals. The cue is often full by January prior to harvest.
The beef is sold by weight of the hanging carcass. You interact with the butcher to get the cuts that you want and pay him directly for killing and processing the meat.
